"Actually feels like good quality"
I ordered from organna and, just from the feel of the product, I’m assuming they don’t cut corners. It felt really nice quality right away, with no weird smell or cheap plasticky vibe. happy with it and I’d buy from them again...

"I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at..."
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, so I was really relieved that this actually tasted good. It’s not overly sweet, and the texture is smooth without that gritty feeling I’ve had with some others. It’s easy to have every day and doesn’t sit heavy, which is reassuring for me. I’d definitely buy it again

"Subscription caught me off guard"
I thought I was just placing a one-time order, but then I got charged again later. Maybe it was somewhere in the fine print, but it definitely wasn’t obvious to me. Canceling wasn’t super straightforward either, and that part was weird. The product itself was okay, but the whole billing thing left a bad impression.

My order from Organna showed up with everything I chose, which was all I was hoping for. The sizes and items matched my confirmation email, so no complaints there

I’m giving it 4 stars because the shipping updates were a bit slow, but the order itself was correct and packed well. I’d probably order again

I do like that they include the lab test stuff and safety info because it made me feel better about placing an order, especially since I was already overthinking it while drinking my morning coffee. It wasn’t hard to understand once I found it, but it did take me a minute to locate everything. I just wish those details were a little easier to spot upfront.

"Super quick help when I needed it!!"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed organna.com not expecting a super fast reply. But they got back to me quickly!! The person who helped me was really nice and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. Everything was sorted out the same day, and I was really happy with how easy it all was...

"Heads up: delivery arrived, but tracking was unreliable"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering from Organna: my package did show up and everything was in good condition, but the delivery wasn’t very reliable timing-wise. It took longer than the estimate, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no idea where my order was for a while. Not a total disaster since it arrived fine, but I’d be careful if you need something by a certain date

"Shipping was quick"
I ordered from organna.com shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. My package showed up in just a few days, and the tracking updates were clear enough for the most part.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it did sit for a little while before showing any real movement, so my first instinct was to wonder if it had actually shipped yet. But I trusted the process, and it arrived fine and on time, so overall I’m happy with it.

My order did arrive on time, so that part was fine. But the box was kind of crushed, and one of the items had loose wrapping, which was a little confusing?? Nothing was actually broken, thankfully, but for the price I expected the packaging to be a bit better.

"Refund came through, just not very fast"
I did get my refund in the end, so I have to be fair about that. The return process worked, but it took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just slower than I would’ve liked.
